Business trainer with a twist, edutainment expert, and education influencer best known as Janina Daily. She’s the author of two best-selling books about statistics, with over 150,000 copies sold: „Statistically Speaking. That is, how much you have to eat chocolate to win a Nobel Prize” and ”Statistically speaking 2. Or how to measure the strength of a of a tornado using a wafle”. She has delivered three TEDx talks, each with more than 250,000 views, and was listed among the top 50 TEDx speakers worldwide in January 2023. Every year, she trains nearly 100 companies in future-ready skills such as public speaking, an innovative mindset, and critical thinking. MICHAŁ ŻYTOMIRSKI
I built my academic expertise around information architecture and UX/UI design, while developing practical skills in graphic design, wireframing, and photography. I did quite a lot to avoid being labeled a “marketing guy”—but the irony of fate had other plans.
Today, while I continue to teach actively, my professional focus is on creating intentional, thoughtful marketing in a company that specializes in IT integration and B2B cybersecurity. And although combining these two worlds may seem natural, it does create certain tensions—after all, practice often challenges theory. Still, my students seem to survive it. I hope you – participants of this talk –will too.
On a personal note, I’m lucky to be passionate about the same topics I deal with professionally. But if I had complete freedom, I’d most likely spend my time hiking in the mountains with my wife and our dogs.
