We invite you to a unique library for the First Timers meeting. What is MeMo? The MeMo Mediateka combines tradition with modernity in a way that attracts various groups of enthusiasts. Everyone will find something for themselves – from online content creators to fans of games, LEGO bricks, or music lovers and vinyl collectors. It’s worth mentioning that the location in a 19th-century building gives this place a unique atmosphere.

The Welcome Reception will be held at the Central Museum of Textiles, which houses one of the richest collections of contemporary artistic textiles in the world. The museum organises the International Triennale of Tapestry, the largest and oldest exhibition of its kind, and also offers multimedia experiences that allow virtual tours of selected exhibits. Learn more about the history of the textile industry, the White Factory, and the Geyer family, which hides many secrets. See steam engines, Jacquard looms, and selfactors in action, and discover textiles and garments from the 19th and 20th centuries. As you wander through the museum, you’ll be transported to the times of industrial Lodz. It’s an unforgettable journey through time!
